If you have been following since the beginning, you know that I love Kale Chips!  I will admit, though, I don’t make them as often as I would like at home because there is substantial prep time involved with washing & de-stemming the kale.

Thanks to Earthbound Farm’s Mixed Baby Kales – my favorite snack has never been easier to prepare!  Mixed Baby Kales eliminate my prep time and offer the quality & flavor we have all come to expect and savor from Earthbound Farm’s certified organic foods.

I love the salad mixes in the produce department because in addition to being über-convenient & fresh, they tend to have very stable pricing and often go on sale.  Earthbound’s Mixed Baby Kales certainly meets my criteria of “Delicious, Nutritious, Convenient & Affordable!”
