Lemon Thyme Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 1 baguette thinly sliced
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 lemon zested
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425. Mix together ricotta and lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast 5-7 minutes. Rub slices with garlic clove.
- Spread slices liberally with the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle with honey and thyme. Serve warm and enjoy!
