How To Roast Bell Peppers On The Grill

The weather is so nice outside. You know what that means, right? It’s time to grill out! We have a fun tutorial for you today on how to roast bell peppers on the grill.

Roasted bell peppers will turn an average grilled meal into a spectacular one! We have worked with our partner, Nature Fresh Farms, to create a helpful, step-by-step infographic to show you how. It’s incredibly easy to roast bell peppers on the grill and takes only 15 minutes.

Without further ado, here is how to roast bell peppers on the grill:

Step 1: Preheat grill to 400-425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Cut bell pepper in half lengthwise.

Step 3: Brush bell pepper with olive oil.

Step 4: Place pepper skin side down on the grill for 6-10 minutes.

Step 5: Flip pepper onto other side and grill for 3-4 minutes.

Step 6: Ready to eat!
