Hippity hoppity, Easter’s on its way! Celebrate with an easy Easter Fruit Platter.

Easter is fast approaching and we have an eggcellent party tray to help you celebrate the holiday. It works for an Easter brunch, lunch, or dinner. The only problem? It’s almost too cute to eat!

Easter Bunny Fruit Tray | Easter Fruit Platter

This fruit tray looks intricate, but it’s actually quite easy and fast to assemble. The most time-consuming part is cutting the strawberries and pineapple chunks. But Produce Moms know that pineapples are actually really easy to cut! You can break down a pineapple in just a couple of minutes. Here’s a video tutorial if you need help.

Once you have your fruit cut into chunks, it just needs to be arranged in a bunny shape. Make sure to use a tray that’s big enough! Begin by arranging the pineapple in an oval in the center of the tray. This will be your bunny’s face. Then, outline the bunny’s ears with pineapple. Use blueberries to fill in around the face and to create the eyes. Use strawberries to fill in the bottom of the tray, beneath the face. Once one strawberry half to create the nose. Place a handful of strawberries in the center of each bunny ear. Use a few kiwi bits to fill in the ears between the pineapple and strawberry chunks. Lastly, use apple pieces to create a few whiskers and the teeth.
