There’s no better way to start out the new year than with fresh produce! This New Year’s Veggie Tray is the PERFECT party tray for your guests. Plus, it’s quick, easy & tasty!

New Year's Veggie Tray

Ingredients 

  • broccoli
  • Star Fruit
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cauliflower

Instructions 

  • Place your favorite vegetable dip in the center of a serving platter in a round bowl. Arrange the cauliflower around the bowl.
  • Arrange the cherry tomatoes to form the "2", "1" and "8" on the platter.
  • Spread out the broccoli florets to fill in all the holes on the platter.
  • Slice a few starfruit pieces & place on platter for accents.
