PRO TIP: You could also turn this idea into a green ombre fruit tray. Think kiwi, green grapes, green apple slices, honeydew, and d’anjou pears. Arrange the fruit in rows, beginning with the darkest shades of green and ending with the lightest shades of green. Serve with your favorite fruit dip.

MOM TIP: Use St. Patrick’s Day and this ombre veggie tray as a way to introduce new green veggies to your kids. Let them pick which green veggies to include on the tray and help you arrange it. The more involved they are, the more likely they are to try it. Repeat using different colors (let your child pick which color to try next).

A green ombre veggie tray is a great addition to your St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Will you be making one on March 17th? Which veggies will you use? Let us know in the comments below.
