3 Ways To Use Broccoli Cole Slaw

Use Broccoli Cole Slaw at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We teamed up with our brand partner, Mann’s, to share three insanely easy recipes using Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw®. 

Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw®, a combination of shredded broccoli, carrots, and red cabbage, comes washed and ready to eat. It makes a great salad base or can be served on its own as a side dish. You won’t believe its versatility! It can be used in breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes.


Breakfast:

Broccoli Cole Slaw and Egg Scramble | Easy Breakfast Burrito

Broccoli Cole Slaw and Egg Scramble Breakfast Burritos

Servings2 burritos

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tortillas
  • avocado slices
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheese

Instructions 

  • Add Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw and olive oil to a large skillet and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, scramble 2 eggs. Add Broccoli Cole Slaw back to skillet and stir to combine with eggs.
  • Divide filling between two tortillas. Top with avocado slices, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Fold ends of tortilla inward and wrap to create a burrito. Serve hot.

Asian Broccoli Cole Slaw

Asian Broccoli Cole Slaw

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup green onion diced
  • 1/2 lb chicken cooked and cubed
  • 2/3 cups sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups fried wonton skins
  • 1 1/2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups Asian dressing
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, combine Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw, red bell pepper, green onion, chicken, sliced almonds, fried wonton skins, and ramen noodles.
  • Toss with Asian dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.

Broccoli Cole Slaw with Bratwurst

Broccoli Cole Slaw with Bratwurst

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw
  • 1 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups apples diced
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
  • spicy mustard
  • bratwursts
  • hot dog buns

Instructions 

  • Add Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw, cabbage, and apples to a skillet and simmer over medium heat until tender.
  • Add garlic, white wine, salt and pepper, poppy seed dressing to skillet and stir. Remove from heat.
  • Add topping on top of bratwursts and add spicy mustard. Serve.
